What are the qualification requirements for the TNPSC Combined Technical Services examination 2026 ?
Research Assistant :-
1. Pass in M.V.Sc
2. Pass in SSLC examination, must have studied in the Tamil Medium.
3. Must be registered as a veterinarian with the Tamil Nadu State veterinary council.
Assistant Director of Statistics :-
Candidates must have qualified in subjects such as Statistics , Mathematics, Economics , Applied Economics, or Business Economics, Securing 60% marks.
English Reporter :-
1. A Bachelor's degree
2. Proficiency in English shorthand at s speed of 180 words per minute.
3. Pass in the government Technical Examination in English Type Writing (Senior Grade)
4. Preference will be given to those possessing skills in reporting in Tamil.
Tamil Reporter :-
1. A Bachelor's degree
2. Proficiency in English shorthand at s speed of 180 words per minute.
3. Pass in the government Technical Examination in English Type Writing (Senior Grade)
4. Preference will be given to those possessing skills in reporting in Tamil.
Assistant Manager (General) :-
Pass in a Master's degree in statistics or economics .
Assistant Manager :-
Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology , Electronics & Communication Engineering) Must have passed in the respective discipline.
Assistant Manager (Finance) :-
Passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants / Cost Accountants.
Manager Accounts :-
Must have qualified in the CA or ICWA course.
Senior Officer (Finance) :-
(CA/ICWA)
Post Officer :-
1.Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science or Applied Nautical Science.
2. Must have studied Tamil as languages in class 1pth or class 12th.
3. Must possess the qualification to serve as 'Captain' (Master), valid across common wealth countries.
Senior Officer :-
B.E / B.Tech / AMIE
Assistant Director of Textiles :-
B.Tech Textiles Technology
District Library Officer :-
A postgraduate degree obtained from a recognized university ,following either the 10+2 (or equivalent) 3+1 pattern or the 10+2 (or equivalent) 3+2 pattern. Any post graduate degree awarded by a recognized university.
Veterinary Assistant Surgeon :-
1. Pass in B.V.S.C / B.V.S.C & A.H, degree
2. Pass in SSLC with Tamil as a subject.
3. Must be registered as a veterinary professional with the veterinary council.
Assistant Director of Industries and Commerce (Technical) :-
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology in any recognized discipline.
