1. Group B :-Office Assistants (Multipurpose)

2.Group A Officers :- Officer Scale I  (Assistant Manager), Officer Scale -II (Manager) , Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

What is the maximum age limit for IBPS : -

1. Group B : Officer Assistants (Multipurpose) : Between the ages of 18 and 28

2. Group A Officers : Officer Scale -I : Between the ages of 18 and 30 

                                   Officer Scale -II : Between the age of 21 and 32

                                   Officer Scale -III (Senior Manager) : Between the ages of 21 and 40

What is age relaxation in IBPS ?

1. SC / ST candidate : 5 Years

2. OBC candidate : 3 Years

3. PWBD candidate : 10 Years

IBPS Recruitment 2026 Education Qualification Eligibility :-

1. Officer Assistants (Multipurpose) : Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent educational institution.. Must be proficient in ibps the local language(RRB)

2.Officer Scale -I (Assistant Manager) : A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, or Veterinary Science. Proficiency in the local language as specified by the RRBs (Regional Rural Banks)

3.Officer Scale -II General Banking Officer(Manager) :- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks is required .Preference will be given to candidates holding degrees in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or Animal Husbandry.

4. Officer Scale -II Specialist Officers (Manager) :- Information Technology Officer Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. Certification in ASP,PHP,C++,Java, VB, VC, OCP, etc.

5. Officer Scale -II (Senior Manager) :- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Preference will be given to candidates holding a diploma in fields such as Banking , Finance, Marketing , Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry ,Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science , or Agricultural Engineering
