2. Click on the claim link.
3.The nominee must enter information about whether He / She has been appointed or rejected.
4. You need to register your e-claim login mobile number & Aadhaar number.
5. Complete details of the nominee must be uploaded.
6. All documents for claiming must be scanned and uploaded .

1. Completed form.
2. Death Certificate.
3. The identify proof belongs to the nominee.
If the nominee does not recommend up to Rs.15 lakhs :-
1. Claim Form
2. Death Certificate
3. Any identification proof of the nominee name
4. IOB Affidavit Form & Succession Certificate
If the candidate does not recommend more than Rs.15 lakhs :-
1. The identify proof belongs to the nominee.
3. Death Certificate
4. Nominee's Bail Bond & Bail statement.
5. Provide a certificate of inheritance or affidavit.
6. In case the nominee is a minor, the relevant details of his/her guardian and a copy of the court order.
